On the farm

We house sit on a small farm near Timaru. We look after different animals. 3 dogs – one is still a puppy live with us.

That is Sally – the puppy!DSC_0083

She is just 9 months old. And she misses her family most!

That is Gus.

He is a real boy. Wherever Bryan goes, he is his shadow.

And this is Kenzie. She loves to find escapes. And at the end she doesn’t find the way back.

Trip to Timaru

While living on the North Island of New Zealand in Tauranga  Timaru is on the South Island. It is good 1’000 km further South. So it was a nice possibility to visit both islands again.

The trip to the South took with lots of side roads around 3 days. One of the Highlights on the way was a stop near Kaikoura. There I found a lot of Seals. Their babys were just lovely to watch.

From the long holiday in Europe I brought a new friend home! A Thermomix!

And I love him already! Very much! And we know each other only a few weeks!

In the moment I am trying a lot of new recipes. Most of them are links to other websites. Maybe later I have own recipes.
